I’m back with updates!

This is going to be one very very loooong post.my personal organizer
So I was offline for some time because I was pretty busy with school and learning German. But I managed to past my A2 level test without any problems (and I skipped the level A1 completely 😉 )And in July we some-how decided to leave Austria so the life got again crazy. On the end of the last month we moved all our stuff to my Moms, where we are staying until beginning of October, when we will be moving back to UK. Looks like German speaking country is just not for us – at least not for now.
With all the cleanings I’m also cleaning up my computer so I want to upload all my workout calendars too. For now I was marking everything into my personal organizer which I created myself. I just bought A6 folder for myself and I printed out calendar. This way I have my own unique organizer which suites to my needs with beautiful green pages.

This month I was trying Zuzka Lights ZCUT Power Cardio & Strength DVDs. I was not following with hers schedule because it was nothing for me so I created my own and it was definitely fun and I will return to those workouts which I liked. Maybe I should form some kind of rating… I will make note for myself.

AUGUST 2014

This was one crazy month. So we were organizing our move from Austria to Slovakia , I was finishing my German course and we were with all this stress doing crazy Insanity. And of course I only found my results from the first fit test, but I know I did better the second time.

I wish Happy Holidays to all my followers or just anyone who stops by. I know that this time of year can be pretty stressful just remember it’s not about what you spend on presents it’s about who you spend the holidays with.

I’m very happy that this year I will be spending my Christmas at home (after 2 years when we were not able to). I will be doing some vegan alternatives to our traditional Christmas recipes (hopefully my family will like it too – they still don’t like that we are vegans) and I will also share them on my blog- so check back for those.

Ok, here I go again. I changed my workout plan again. After finishing Insanity workout I was planning to start with Zuzka Light ZCUT Power Strength Series and maybe to combine it with Cardio Series but I choose my jump rope instead and another change came when we went abroad for holiday…we had some bad luck with our car and we spent double time on traveling. So no workout on 11th, than vet on 12th … Weekend – still stressed out from the journey so only long walks and from Monday I connected my xbox 360 – Kinect and I had some fun with Your Shape- Fitness Evolved 2012 (jump rope, cardio boxing, zen).

I like this workout game, it’s fun and challenging, doesn’t feel like workout until you get muscle pain on the next day  and it keeps my scores so I don’t need to write them down. And I can play it also with my family or friends (1-4 players). I usually do the same thing: jump rope, cardio boxing and zen just switching between the levels.

I think that for this week I will stick with my xbox and who knows what I will do next week maybe ZCUT but I have here only 1kg weights. And for the Christmas Eve I will do Insanity – Core Cardio and Balance and same I will do on New Years Eve.

This is my last post of this month. I’m going to be short today again. I can’t believe that August is almost over. The time is  really going fast. Today is Saturday so it means running time with my hubby and we are really enjoying this activity together. And we will keep on going. 🙂

It was pretty cold today and I was definitely not in the mood to even get out of the bed. So most of the day I spent in the bed with good book and in the evening I did my only workout for today. I went running with my hubby.

I’m slowly getting use to going out for running. I think that is helping that we are doing it always on same day (Tuesday, Thursday,Saturday). And I’m also enjoy my running meditation music. And maybe with some time I will really enjoy the running too :D.

So another quick update on this weekend. It’s raining here in Vienna so not really the best time for going out, but we did managed to go for run between the rain showers yesterday.

We did 6km run in 38 min. I was again listening to my running meditation music. And I’m starting to feel better about the running.

DAY OFF

I think it’s best for me to keep Sundays off. Let my body to recover from all those crazy this I’m doing to it. 😀 And I started with some meditation music last Sunday and from time to time also on the weekdays. It is very important for me to find some time only for myself. Time to find some inner peace. And I’m planing to continue with the meditations on regular bases.

Month 4, Day 17-18

Today it was it was one of those days when I was not in mood for anything. I had headache on and off all day but I managed to fit there at least one workout. I was not in the mood for ZWOW so I did couple of  Zuzka’s time challenges from the times when she was with bodyrock.tv. and plus some extra exercises. Not running today 😦 .

100 Dumbbell Swings (50 each arm) with 8kg dumbbell  my time: 3min and 18 sec   (Swing It For Tight Buns 26.10.2011)
50 Hanging Knee Raises 2min and 36 sec

3 rounds of these 3 exercises:dip station
25 Push Ups
25 Reverse Push Ups
25 Triceps Dips

For the Reverse Push Ups I used edge of my kitchen table to pull myself up, but for easier variation if you don’t have a dip station or something similar, use two (stable) chairs and broom stick.

Again I was not in the mood for any of the ZWOWs what I have left so I created another  workout routine.

100 Push Ups (25 regular and 75 from my knees) and I took my exactly 4 min.
100 Crunches on Stability Ball with 2.5kg dumbbell plate … ?min ( LOL … I forgot to switch on my timer)
50+50 Side Bends with 8kg Dumbbell
50 Dead Lifts with 8kg Dumbbell
  And because I haven’t done my running yesterday I increased my time for jump rope today.

HK:1823 + T@T:1702 = 3525  (in 20 min I did 2386 reps)

30 min of interval skipping was a killer and I loved every minute of it. 🙂

I think that is time for me to increase intensity of my workouts to get results I really want and of course I have to stick to my diet plan too. No more excuses! Wish me luck. 😉
